Welcome to Print Legend. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.
Products
We sell OEM (original manufacturer) toner cartridges, compatible toner cartridges, ink bottles, and printer accessories.
Warranty
* OEM products carry the original manufacturer’s warranty.
* Compatible cartridges carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover physical damage caused by the customer.
Payment Terms
Payment is generally required at the time of order via bank transfer or UPI. Credit terms are available for approved B2B and office clients, as agreed separately with Print Legend.
Order Quantity
There is no minimum order quantity for purchases made through Print Legend.
Pricing
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct any errors.
Returns & Shipping
All orders are subject to our separate Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, available on our website.
Limitation of Liability
Print Legend is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, beyond the remedies outlined in our warranty and return policies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
